On December 6, 2023, the R&D center laboratory of Vietnam Debon Technology Co., Ltd. held a groundbreaking ceremony. Eugene Xu, Vice President and General Manager of Darbond Vietnam, Roger Dieu, General Manager of Darbond International (Singapore), and R&D, sales, and related personnel from Darbond Vietnam attended the ceremony.
Vietnam Darbond Technology Co., Ltd. R & D Center laboratory is located in Singapore Industrial Park, Cih Shan City, Bac Ninh Province, Vietnam, mainly engaged in high-end electronic packaging materials research and development; The completion of the R&D center laboratory will better serve semiconductor, consumer electronics and new energy customers, and accelerate the process of realizing localized services in Vietnam.
The project is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2024, adding new vitality and brilliance to Darbond Technology's internationalization strategy.
